How much do you drink a day - and what?

Just wondering as I'm nosey and bored 😂

I'll caveat by saying I don't like 'normal' tea, coffee, or alcohol.

  • Mug of lemon/hot water when I wake up. Yet to see the supposed health benefits of this 😏
  • A bottle of water whilst working out
  • Probably another 5-6 glasses of water during the workday
  • A herbal tea (lemon/ginger or berry) or Chai latte whilst doing the homework/dinner/bedtime routine
  • A 'nice' soft drink after DS is asleep - j20, still lemonade, juice, fun version of Fanta... Plus maybe another glass of water.

My 'downfall' is being out and about - most days I probably end up buying a sprite in the petrol station, or a fruit cooler in a coffee shop. Or a Diet Coke if I'm running on no sleep!

I have 2 cups of tea (I only drink decaf) with breakfast.
Another cup of tea mid morning.
I'll make a pint of diluting juice/squash and drink some with lunch then across the afternoon.
Usually have another cup of tea after lunch.
More diluting juice with dinner then 1-2 cups of tea in the evening.
I might have a can or 2 of caffeine free Pepsi max most days.
At work I have a 500ml bottle of water that I drink most, if not all or more, especially in the summer.
I am doing dry January so I would usually have gin plus wine 3 did a week when it's not January.

2-3 cups of coffee or tea, about 3-4 large glasses of water, sometimes a soft drink and/ or a herbal tea.

Coffee all morning and to about 4pm. Maybe water with lunch and dinner, then a cup or 3 of tea till about 10pm

2-3 litres of water through the day
2 cans of Pepsi max, usually one at lunch and one at tea (I'm northern it's not dinner 😂)

Camomile tea first thing
Then my one and only coffee of the day
Then another three to six camomile teas throughout the day
Water with dinner
A pint of water during the night

I get regular UTIs so try to keep hydrated. I hate normal tea so never drink that. Love coffee but have had to cut it right back. Occasionally will have an orange juice or fizzy water with elderflower cordial.

Pint of milk first thing
2-3 pints of squash whilst working
Glass of pop if having an evening meal
Hot chocolate with baileys before bed

On a weekend I usually will have a couple of cups of tea and often go out for a coffee

I usually have 2 mugs of coffee in the morning then 2 mugs of tea in the afternoon and 2 or 3 glasses of water throughout the day.

Day to day, Squash and water throughout the day. I aim to drink 2 litres but very rarely manage that tbh.
I tend to fill a drinks bottle with squash (850ml) and have a glass of water when I remember.
Always have a drink with lunch.
Can of Diet Coke with tea (as my treat).

When it's cold I'll also drink tea - 2 cups per day max though.

It looks wildly different on a weekend, but on a work day I have 3 lemon and ginger teas in the morning. Will treat myself to a cup of normal tea after lunch, then I drink a litre of water in the afternoon. If I am exercising that night I will have another bottle of water.

On the weekend it's mostly tea, much less volume of liquid, and I have a Dash in the evening. (And wine if it's not dry January!)

Tea to wake me up at 6am
Coffee with breakfast after the school run
Glasses of water while I work. I don't track how much, it could be one glass or four.
Tea or coffee around 5pm
Water with dinner.

Black coffee first thing
Glass of water with tablets
Another black coffee
Pint of water or diluted fruit juice with lunch
Another something in the afternoon
Water with dinner
Maybe a gin and tonic while cooking dinner (not ally only at end of the week)
Cup of tea while watching TV in the evening, sometimes 2

2/3 black coffees early on
rest depends on day how thirsty, temperature, no set pattern or amount
herbal teas in winter
water with a squeeze of fresh juice summer
rarely drink squash or fizzy cans but will do from time to time
might have small glass of milk
will have various black teas midday ish if I need a small caffeine hit

25-30 tea and coffees a day. Got a very energetic toddler and don't drink water, juice, energy drinks. Need all that caffeine 😁

2 large mugs of fresh ground coffee
4 to 5 pints of cold water, usually still, maybe 1 sparkling
1 pint of cold water with a vit C tablet
1 mug of hot fruit tra or lemon and ginger.
No cans/fizzy drinks and no alcohol as I don't like it.

Half a bottle of Pinot for breakfast.

Couple if neat gins for lunch.

2 bottles of Thunderbird for dinner.

Oh and a glass of water before bed. Don't want to overdo it.

Then switch to decaf coffee and water (a lot of both) and I'll maybe have herbal tea before bed.

A coffee when I first get up then it’s 3 litres minimum of water or squash over the course of the day - kidney disease so has to happen and often drink more

Way too much coffee, including first thing. Prob four cups total in a day. Milky. Very rarely have a cup of ‘normal’ tea instead if only terrible coffee is available (working somewhere different or whatever) but don’t really enjoy it. Makes me feel sick on an empty stomach.

Water - probably at least 5 or 6 large glasses. As much as possible basically but sometimes forget.

A couple of cups of chamomile tea or else a Trip or two in the evening. Alternatively wine, shared DH, anything from 2-4 times a week, amount can vary! If we are out might be a cocktail or something as well.

4 large glasses water daily minimum. 3 small cups of tea. I cup of parsley tea.

Start the day with protein water and coffee.
I fill a water bottle and drink that over the morning, refill and drink another over the afternoon.
Glass of water with tea and usually have a decaf coffee on the sofa in the evening.
When I’m on night shift I aim to drink 2L of water over 24 hours and about a billion cups of coffee.

Pint of water with breakfast
Cup or tea/further coffee in the afternoon
Cup of tea when I get home from work
Can of diet coke With dinner
Cup of decaf tea in the evenings

Plus I have a 500ml water bottle that I usually drink 2 of a day. But it does vary
