Just wondering as I'm nosey and bored 😂
I'll caveat by saying I don't like 'normal' tea, coffee, or alcohol.
- Mug of lemon/hot water when I wake up. Yet to see the supposed health benefits of this 😏
- A bottle of water whilst working out
- Probably another 5-6 glasses of water during the workday
- A herbal tea (lemon/ginger or berry) or Chai latte whilst doing the homework/dinner/bedtime routine
- A 'nice' soft drink after DS is asleep - j20, still lemonade, juice, fun version of Fanta... Plus maybe another glass of water.
My 'downfall' is being out and about - most days I probably end up buying a sprite in the petrol station, or a fruit cooler in a coffee shop. Or a Diet Coke if I'm running on no sleep!
