What is your favourite alcoholic drink?

Mine is a tanqueray gin and tonic with lots of ice, no lime.

I'm currently doing dry January so not having any! But I saw the little cans in asda tonight and I reminded me of how much I like a double with ice!

Anyone else?

Aperol spritz ! Preferably made by Italians

Bombay Sapphire with tonic or grapefruit juice.

I've never had one! Do the Italians make them best? Or just in Italy and not in Bella Italia preferably? (I love Bella italia)

I will need to try it with grapefruit juice

Brandy and Babycham, with a cocktail cherry. (Though I usually have brandy and prosecco nowadays)

A basic mojito, in all honesty 🤭

Sauvignon blanc

Im trying to get into wine so I'm trying a glass of cabernet sauvignon with dinner tomorrow actually

White wine.

Hendricks and tonic (served with cucumber!)

Whitehaven Sauv Blanc

A mjoito I had in St Lucia that can apparently never be replicated even though the barman gave me the recipe.

Chardonnay or margarita on the rocks.

Red wine or a decent pint of bitter, depending on time of day/mood/weather

Paloma!
Or margaritas.

I don't like alcohol or cocktails in general, but I really like those.

Vodka

A properly made Spicy margarita
Or vodka, ice, tall glass plenty of soda water and 3/4 wedges of lime squeezed in

A lovely cold pint of Innis & Gunn lager beer. It's so refreshing.

Prosecco 🤭

I try to avoid drinking alcohol at all- it’s terrible for aging the body and making people look haggard, but I do like a good lager shandy once in a blue moon and maybe a glass of champagne on NYE.

A dry white wine or a glass of Prosecco.

Very very rarely drink spirits.

Don’t mind a beer or cider in the summer.

I love those as well! Tequila at its best.

Vodka coke or zinfandel

A Bloody Mary.

Also love a mojito. So refreshing.

Generally, if anything, a glass of red wine. If I ever have a cocktail, the one of choice would be a negroni.

An ice cold vodka martini or negroni before dinner.
