At one time it was mainly the Soviet Union (and China, to an extent) that elected leaders with one foot in the grave. Even ancient Ronald Reagan was utterly sensible compared to Donald Trump. I'm still baffled that he is getting another crack at the White House. Hopefully the strain will overwhelm him and he'll be carted off by the men in white coats. In the meantime, I think the world is safe from Trump's imperial ambitions. The chain of command would boot up.
