Oh crikey! A mansion I would imagine!
I'll have a look...

Love the garden!

TinyMouseTheatre · 28/12/2024 21:38

Yes, the garden is quite nice isn't it? Wink

2 bed flat round here.

Original house has promise - needs a few £00,000 to get it up to 2024 standards though I’d say!

Peakypolly · 28/12/2024 21:43

Sadly not a mansion

You must live fairly close to us. We are looking and considered viewing this, but the amount of money that you would need to sink into it to modernise would add at least another £100k on.

Also, while I liked the idea of a swimming pool, we live in the NW. An outdoor swimming pool is nothing short of ridiculous.

The search continues.

NeverDropYourMooncup · 28/12/2024 21:43

Unmodernised 1930s three bedroom semis not directly facing social housing.

Howinthehelldidthishappen · 28/12/2024 21:43

A bog standard three bed semi.

TinyMouseTheatre · 28/12/2024 21:44

@JockTamsonsBairns that's lovely!

A two bedroom bungalow (if you can find one) or a two bedroom apartment. You might get a three bedroom terrace/ semi but not in the better parts of the borough.

A reasonable sized 4 bed with a quarter of an acre.

Or a new small 5 bed with a pocket handkerchief garden and two tight parking spaces..

HobnobGob · 28/12/2024 21:51

Not a lot, sadly... 3 bed end of terrace.

To be fair @ForLovingAquaSheep I think if you just got rid of the furniture it would improve the value Grin

A former hen house to convert along with 10 acres?

Three bed flat, I reckon.
