We were looking at this house in the estate agent window so you must be near me! Couldn't help but think how much an outdoor pool was cost to look after Vs how much you would get to use round here 😂

This one is offers over £850k, so I'm cheating slightly!! But modern inside, so I think comparable in cost given you'll need to spend about £100k to the house in the OP to modernise the interior to an equivalent standard.

It is lovely though! Sadly both are out of our budget 😂🙈
