Well I somehow twisted my knee walking across the living room floor on Christmas day! I don't drink alcohol so can't blame that, we have loads of pets but none of them was near me so can't blame them, wooden flooring with no rugs or anything so can't blame that!
It's one of those things that is mostly fine until it isn't - it kind of gives way every so often. I said to DH, I wonder if Bear Grylls will be like this when he's our age?!
@ChippySauce steam burns are SO painful, I really feel for you.
@QuestionableMouse , I had that horrible cold virus last month and did exactly the same. It's awful when you need to cough and you have to hold on to yourself first.

@Icanlarf you poor thing, that sounds awful. I fell a couple of years ago and had that wobbly chin thing going on like a child - I really struggled not to cry. Hope you're on the mend.
