This is about actual cheese, not movies and music!

This is what we have so far! What are we missing (apart from Saint Paulin/Port Salut, which we are already aware of).

And, please show me your Christmas cheese selection!

Yeah. I happened upon that cheese on the Sainsbury's website the other week and had that exact thought. The whole idea of it is wrong. Very wrong.

Ah, I've just looked up Epoisses and it's quite similar to Munster, which we love and always pick up in Auchan when we go to France, so I think we'll definitely get one of those!

Epoisse that’s my favourite Christmas treat. I can’t justify the expense apart from Christmas.

Epoisse is amazing, absolutely stinks, but amazing all the same.

That is a lot of cheese. I think it's recommended to have 4 or 5 different cheeses on a board.

I'm going with Epoisse (if I can get some. Waitrose didn't have any the other day), Wookey Hole extra mature cheddar, Rosary Ash Goats, Yarg, Cropwell Bishop Stilton.
