@CoddledAsAMommet to be honest most tumble dryer recommendations these days are for heat pump models, as they're so much cheaper to run. We have a page of the best tumble dryer deals with lots of heat pump options.

I’d like a shark vacuum. I don’t need cordless, but have cats and a DD with long hair that gets wrapped around hoover brushes.

If that's over budget, the Shark Corded Upright Vacuum Cleaner is currently £132, down from £230 and is a smaller, lighter alternative with similar hair and pet features.

Great question @Sarri my DC loved a subscription box but there don't seem to be as many around as there used to be.

The Curiosity Box is a UK-based STEM subscription box, I don't know it personally but it has pretty good reviews on Trustpilot and this MNer likes it - worth a look!

We've rounded up a few of our favourite Kindle deals here, which also explains the difference between Kindles to help you make the right choice. A few standout deals here:

Kindle (2024 version), without ads, now £89 (was £105)

Kindle Paperwhite (16gb), now £125 (was £160).

Prices look to be the same across Amazon, John Lewis and Argos for the Kindle with ads (£80)

I can see a few upright models that have handheld attachments in our roundup of the best steam cleaners.

Shark is offering up to £60 off steam cleaners at the mo and the Steam Fresh Home cleaner is currently on sale for £100 (usually £160) - it comes highly recommended by my colleague, Poppy, who reviewed it earlier this year.

If it's just a handheld model you're looking for, the Tower Handheld Steamer has good reviews and is just £22 at Argos.

Looks like there are lots of Instax cameras on offer for Black Friday. Currys has deals from £60 for the Instax Mini cameras and they feature in our guide to the best kids' cameras.

I've just bought this one for my 5yo but it prints in black and white rather than colour (15% off, now £30).

There's also a half-price Gabby's Dollhouse Instant Camera at Argos (£35) not sure how old your daughter is though!

The Kodak Printomatic could fit the bill? Comes as a bundle deal with 15% off for Black Friday. Love the cute retro design!

That is a very specific request! Love that you're thinking about sturdiness AND style. Although I too appreciate a shopping trolley for carting heavy things around!

Some options here:

Amazon Basics laptop bag (16% off, now £46) - recommended on the forums

it Luggage 2 Wheel Soft Business Suitcase (£45) - not a Black Friday deal but the it brand is rated by Mumsnetters for being lightweight and hardwearing

Over budget at £119 (£23 off) but this looks nice and neat and unlikely to be mocked by teens

Antler has a sale on and although I can't see any wheeled laptop bags specifically, they have quite a few cabin-sized cases that could work (although a little over the £50 budget tbh)

There are a couple of great diffuser options on LOOKFANTASTIC at the moment @Dky4:

Drybar The Bouncer Diffuser: was £29, now £20.30 (30% off!)
Bio:Ionic Universal Diffuser - Black: was £30, now £21 (also 30% off!)

If you have Amazon Prime, there is this Universal Hair Diffuser which looks pretty good. Its RRP is £19.99, but CamelCamelCamel shows it was selling for £14.99 at the end of October. It's now down to £11.99, but it is a Prime Exclusive Deal. It also comes with a free brush (and who doesn't like a freebie?!)
