Securing tickets on ticketmaster

So I am useless at this type of thing but would like to try and buy Lana tickets for my daughter.
They go on sale at 10am on Friday.
Please can I have any tips for success?!
Does a queue start to form before 10am if I log in? If so what kind of time from?

Anyone with experience who can guide me would be much appreciated!

SO happy to have been able to help, it's the luck of the waiting room isn't it?! Sometimes you get 6000, sometimes 48000!! Glad it's all worked out... sorry you're going to have to wait til end of June to actually get your hands on the tickets!!
