Securing tickets on ticketmaster

So I am useless at this type of thing but would like to try and buy Lana tickets for my daughter.
They go on sale at 10am on Friday.
Please can I have any tips for success?!
Does a queue start to form before 10am if I log in? If so what kind of time from?

Anyone with experience who can guide me would be much appreciated!

I'm doing it on my phone and it's reached 3474 in front of me and seems stuck so I'm not sure what to do! It was coming down quite fast before that :-(

Stay on that one - though I'd imagine whatever is left will be very minimal/very expensive - and open a new waiting room tab for the new date. That should be 90000 ish tickets as there was no presale so odds are very good. 3 mins left on waiting room

If you're still there, def give up on the Thursday sale and try the Friday! I'm so invested in you getting these tickets!!!

Liverpool has now moved to 2385 and I'm 48,000th in the new date queue!

Oh god I'm 5000 in the queue for the new date and I've just realised I can't go cos I'm going to Noah Kahan with my dd that day!
Should I get you tickets? Is that mad?! I'd really love to but might be way too complicated!!

3500 now. I'm going to buy two of the cheapest tickets. If you want them, after this chaos if over, let me know. If not, either I'll go instead of Hyde Park, or I'll sell them!! 2600 in queue now!!

It was my turn - for Liverpool - then it kicked me out... said "something had gone wrong".

@cordialzempy it seems having googled that there is a ticket transfer thing you can do on ticket master if you did want to? I'll stay in the queue too!

Ok i have two tickets! There were thousands available, in all areas. I got section 503 row 10, £108 each. They are yours if you want them! I know this is so random but I promise I'm a normal person!!!

You still may be lucky and get them yourself, but at 48000 in the queue, if everyone buys two, it'll be sold out... can't believe how popular it is!

I managed to get tickets today for Wembley on the 4th!!! I'll be in the same section as you but row 19!!! My dd is going to be over the moon as I told her I doubt ill get any!!

I got tickets on Wednesday in the pre sale for my DD, I hate the system and the cost.
I was WFH but I was on calls and I really resented having to multi task in that way.
I paid £160 each, everything else left was VIP. I think it’s an enormous amount of money but it seems that’s what these things cost now.
