Anyone else watching The Wheel just now?

I know The Wheel normally have D-listers and a couple of Z-listers but it seems like they've gone ZZ tonight. I've no idea who anyone is apart from Jonathan Ross and the etiquette guy. The rest I've not even heard of in passing.

Anyone else watching it and thinking they are seriously struggling for guests this series?

Judy is a loose woman/comedienne Clodagh does a bit of cooking on This Morning, but I agree scraping the barrell

They like to be modern so have a couple of youtubers on I think. They had this in a previous series with GK Barry and I had to google. That Niko guy has 7 million subscribers on youtube but I doubt any are watching this tripe.

Gethin is a TV presenter too and has been in Strictly

I like Judi Love. She did my favourite ever dance on Strictly.

No idea about the others, but just because I hadn't heard of them personally, that doesn't mean that NOBODY knows them.

I hate sport, so there are loads of top household-name celebrities I wouldn't know if I fell over them! It's mainly about your area of interest, really - very few people are likely to be interested in all subjects that celebrities move in.

I don't know the YouTuber but I know the rest.

It doesn't seem any less "famous" than before.

Its certainly more Z list than most. Blankety Blank for example with Bradley usually had 6 celebrities you'd recognise. Adding Youtube youngsters must be a BBC attempt to appeal to kids whose parents are watching, if any still do.

Has anyone seen Desmond's? Worth a watch? I love a British sitcom but that's a new one for me.

Yeah, I'd expect people whose names I'd know but I'd not recognise them in the street and a couple of unknowns.

Desmond's was iconic of its time - but sadly not one that's endured prominently.

They were just too young to know it; I found it a ridiculously easy question, but only because I happened to be born nearly 50 years ago!

I said the same earlier, not a great lineup tonight. I don't care how famous they are but I like them to be entertaining.

Haha Desmonds was a great late 80s/early 90s barbershop sitcom. Porkpie and Matthew, pronounced Mat-chew. Yamman! Phrases that were popular in my northern schoolyard at the time.

I knew it because I've seen the other three. Never heard of Desmond's but nor had my 70yo mum!

I'm terrible with celebs and I knew all of them. I'd never watched it before but it was great to see that fabulous result for such a lovely person
