Anyone else watching The Wheel just now?

I know The Wheel normally have D-listers and a couple of Z-listers but it seems like they've gone ZZ tonight. I've no idea who anyone is apart from Jonathan Ross and the etiquette guy. The rest I've not even heard of in passing.

Anyone else watching it and thinking they are seriously struggling for guests this series?

She had a neurological thing happen that had her in hospital and unable to walk. They got married in hospital when they expected the worst. She's fine now and wanted to walk down the aisle and pay people back for helping her.

I was thinking the same and they could introduce a shithousery element to the show, a bit like Deal or No Deal and Millionaire and before the answer is revealed they could go to the other remaining celeb(s) and ask what answer they would have given. Perhaps the BBC is a bit too wet to do that sort of thing.

When they introduced the slebs, my teen DD went crazy when she saw it was Nico.
I agree I had no idea who most of them were. Jonathan R(W?) was great, he's funnier than many comedians.

Jonathan is immensely clever and has a very wide sphere of knowledge, along with great fact-retention skills.

So glad that Hala won - we were rooting for her. Just a shame it was the lowest of the three amounts, but still way better than a slap in the face with a wet halibut!

Bet that posh manners guy William felt truly dreadful for giving the LGBT rugby guy the wrong answer, but it didnt seem like he had a clue at all.

He never claimed to know for sure at all, though - he was very clear that he didn't really know, but gave his best guess.

Now, if Jonathan had been wrong after boldly asserting his certainty of the Paul McCartney answer... egg and his face really would have been in alignment!

...Worst of all would be if the contestant knew the correct answer, and was about to give it, but an overconfident celebrity convinced them to change it to a wrong answer!

Oh if Mccartney was wrong it would have been a travesty but when Wossy said he'd been to his house and played the bass it was a done deal.

I would pick Jonathon every time no matter how much the answer was worth, he just knows really random stuff.

I must say David Williams is looking well.
