What regular meals do you make?

I’d appreciate it if people could please list the meals that they regularly make as I really need to find some to add to my repertoire and I’m tired of making the same old thing.

Cajun prawn and chorizo pasta
Chicken enchiladas
Macaroni cheese
Chinese chicken curry(Sometimes I just use veg)
Fish with potatoes/and or cauliflower cheese and green vegetables
Chicken Tetrazzini
Soup
Quesadillas
Fajitas
Mushroom stroganoff
Shakshuka
Omelettes

I think that’s about it.

Beef chilli
Chicken curry
Fish curry
Kedgeree
Thai green curry
Thai red curry
Sausage pasta
Spaghetti and meatballs
Roast chicken
Slow cooker gammon
Beef stew
Chicken Caesar salad
Cheesy grits with bacon and greens
Various traybakes

Looking at the list I've realised we aren't really a potato-eating household!
