Blue is very nice! I knew what purple was but couldn’t get a couple of them.

I got blue and purple straight away, it was yellow and green confused me today.

I assumed blue was a red herring. Purple by default, couldn't complete the group & had to look up two words after the fact.

First one in a while that I didn't have to strain my brain/get frustrated over 😹

Out of interest, do people have rules for themselves for Connections? I allow myself to look up a word if I really don t know any meaning for it at all, but apart from that, I don't get any hints or anything, tempting though it is!

@CurlewKate i will google words if I don’t know what they mean. Or if I have a feeling they have more than one meaning, to try and weed it out if I’m struggling to see links.

the hints from the puzzle page never help me - I have before used the Forbes hint page when I’m in dire need of assistance 😆😆

Yes, I google words if I suspect that there may be an alternative meaning I'm not aware of or if I've not come across it. Occasionally I'll use hints if I'm really stumped - but I say on here when I have done .

I find the Connections picture hint helps me - at least, it makes me look at the puzzle in a different way. But actually, I'd like to be able to do it without a hint (I rarely can!)
