Nope, will only 'copy' as above, very weird. Has anyone else ever had this happen when they use the copy function? Obviously I can't screenshot the actual puzzle because spoilers 😔

I find that almost every day there's something I don't quite get. Often I get it via a process of elimination, but there are some days when too many of the categories have too many American things in them and I cannot get the answers at all. I know it's an American puzzle but it surprises me how often there is something that is just very American eg expecting you to know baseball players or teams or something like that. Mind you if it was about English football teams, I wouldn't know that either!

This was me today, but I had to leave the controversial one till last.

I think I just understood the "new" answer- it assumes you pronounce “new” as “nyoo”. I pronounce it as “nyoo” so the connection didn’t work in my accent.

It's still an obscure answer though, in my opinion. Not a mainstream word imo.

Crap, I edited and messed up and can't re-edit.

Connections assumes you pronounce "new" as "noo". Once I realised that, it made sense even though I say it differently.

May I join in? I'm a newbie at this but I'm slightly obsessed!
