Inconsiderate neighbours is it me?

So single bedroom flats I’ve lived here almost a year nice area finally settling listed are things my new neighbours have done within two weeks of living in this property. Not once knocked door etc. nothing is guessed listed is what I have heard and seen myself.

-1st day council lady gives him keys and says council will be back to turn electrics on this was a Friday- they tripped the electrics great for them not my buisness but very loud breaking into metre cupboards. 6am this went on till.

-day 2 full on party children adults in out smoke drink. Kind of tracksuit trainers party loud chat in out all night

-day 3 Sunday music full vol from 8am

-all week music drilling 4 5 6 people in out

-1st weekend violence trashed place screaming police attended he refused to open door for over a hour more and more police came someone was bleeding and said they needed to do welfare he was telling police to go away (swearing) etc didn’t have to go with police because his mental health. Party carried on once police left

-2nd week each day big huge fire under my windows to discard god knows

-music daily full volume base from Ibiza dance to reagge from 8-9am EVERYDAY. Bank holiday 6am

now im no Karen but surly you can’t be that inconsiderate? I work and pay my rent and don’t think I should be woken daily? Ino some people have no manners I have no intentions to knock on, but I would like to move/be no where near them this is 2 weeks in it’s Gona get worst sat 9am💔

It’s a way of keeping assertive women down who stand up for their’s and others’s rights . So if you complain about shoddy workmanship or materials you are a ‘Karen’. if you complain about neighbour’s noise you are a ‘Karen’. If you complain about vandals in a park wrecking play equipment you are a ‘Karen’. It is used to demean and belittle the intellect and strength of women. Inferior men like to bandy the term as is appeases their hurt male pride. No doubt your neighbour might consider you complaining about his noise or parties, Karen like. It’s not but the term has grown legs and this is what happens. I might be considered a Karen if it means that I stand up for what is right. I have never been called one yet but woe betide someone who tries to call me that.

I've had loud music and parties from my selfish neighbours for 4 years..Housing association has done fuck all apart from having a word with them which is their policy apparently. Big deal.
They'll be quiet for a week. Then it starts again.

It’s really sad you had to experience that OP, that’s revolting and I’ve never heard of that happening tbh. I can’t imagine the state her own flat was in. I’m glad the dogs were rehoused, she’s not a responsible owner.

Annoying!!! A odd party or music

Hey, so I’m not sure if this sparks the chat back up or I will have to do another post.

after weeks off drinking drugs parties and 9am wake ups police fights fires all remained the same

today… 9am music I said shut the back door and he called me a rat told me to shut the bleep up and said he was calling the council. To my shock I said you are calling the council on me because you have your music on?

then silence I cannot sleep so I prepare to go out get milk etc and to my shock The police are downstairs. Usually after the dealer has gone they talk very very long sentences and that’s what they are saying to the police,

I have all the recordings videos proof that the parties are 24/7 but I am extremely flabbergasted that the police will want to talk to me for asking them to shut the back door when the music is on full volume at 9am

is this a joke?

im not even sure how i have ended up in this situation when my main goal was to avoid calling the police/council hopefully the other neighbours will be spoken to also

So it’s turps they use. They kick off and smash the place up then use turps and light fires over and over again the smoke is thick in my flat untill I cannot breathe anf I can hear them saying to the police I moaned about a fire 🤯
