How is it possible to fall asleep this quickly

Probably jealousy as it can take me ages to fall asleep

My husband can literally get into bed and fall asleep within 30 seconds. And I mean a 'deep sleep' with snoring (it's probably not a deep sleep with sleep cycles etc)

Just HOW!!!!

Dh says he blinks his eyes really quickly until they get heavy and then he falls asleep. I tried it. It didn't work.

My ex was the same. It was infuriating as he used to snore like a bloody buffalo. As someone who can take up to an hour to fall asleep, there was zero chance of me being asleep before his racket started. I've never understood how people can fall asleep so damn quickly. Even on a good night,it can take me about 15 minutes to drop off.

I'm the same. I'm so tired I'm asleep in seconds. I worry about how tired I am that I should fall sleep so quickly as I read this Dr Mosley article saying if you fall asleep too quickly you are sleep deprived.

At the moment, I fall asleep pretty quickly, and often before DS (who is only 6) then don't even hear DH come to bed.

I am physically exhausted with work and this seems to be the only way I can just about keep on top of it
