ITV for the first time at 2230. I hope it’s a good one. I still miss Joan live on the red carpet☹️. I’m just watching Poor Thing then I think I’ve seen most of the nominations. I hope Oppenheimer doesn’t sweep the board. I liked it but I don’t like it when one film dominates.

I didn't know until tonight Kirsten dunst and Jesse plemmons are together (and married).
Seen them both recently in a Fargo series.

I am enjoying how many of the off-screen acceptance speeches are made by people with British accents.

edit: by off-screen I mean people who don’t appear on-screen, like costume designers and makeup people.

I only knew Kirsten and Jesse were an item after they were both nominated for that western with Bendydick Cucumberpatch directed by Jane Campion.

That was precisely all I knew about him via my own DS until he made me watch a hilariously terrible recent film starring him (Freelance, also starring the guy who played Celeborn in The Lord of the Rings as an evil South African mercenary). I was mesmerised by John Cena’s mouth, which is at least a foot wide than other people’s.
