Always like these threads for inspiration. We may be having McDonald’s but if not some ideas would be good.

Leftover chicken and butter bean casserole with rice and peas.

Steak and ale pie (co op) and tenderstem broccoli, carrots and peas with gravy

that sounds delicious, hope you manage to pull your head out of your arse in time to enjoy it

Belly pork and chips

just going to put a fish cake in the oven.

Dd1 had chippy with the girls' dad. I was at a GCSE options evening with dd2 & we were going to call into the nicer chippy for ours on the way home.

Unfortunately, their card reader is broken so I've had a ham and salami sandwich with salad, and dd2's had a bagel toasty. Not quite what I fancied but nice enough.

Sausages, mash, peas, a yorkshire and onion gravy.

Cold damp evening comfort food.

Don't know I'm going to my friends for dinner. Last time it was brisket.

For dinner meat balls made from pork sausages (I just like that better than beef meat balls) and formed into little patties and pre-fried until brown on the outside. With home made tomato and basil sauce and spaghetti and parmesan.
