Can I tell you something

I went outside today. It's been three years since I went out my front door.
I know it sounds like a silly little thing but it feels like a big thing that I should tell someone about and I don't have anyone to tell in real life. It was only for five minutes. The cold fresh air felt nice.

I have an agrophobic dc. & she walked the dog with me, around our block (about a 2 min walk) last week, in front of her, i was perfectly normal, no big deal..but inside i was happy dancing the whole time!!
