Can I tell you something

I went outside today. It's been three years since I went out my front door.
I know it sounds like a silly little thing but it feels like a big thing that I should tell someone about and I don't have anyone to tell in real life. It was only for five minutes. The cold fresh air felt nice.

Well done OP. There's a world out there waiting to embrace you (excuse the pun adapted from your name) namely the fresh oxygen, the grainy sands, the lush grass, blowing yet static trees, the sometimes cloudy sometimes cloudy skies, the hills, the valleys, moving trains, open space art, diverse and humane people, chirping birds, endearing pets, to mention a few. Enjoy the sights and tune into the sounds from wherever feels comfortable beyond your door. Sending you lots of warmth and positive energy. And well done for taking the step today. I am having a non cancerouse ovarian cyst removed next week along with the ovary my surgeon has said he will remove both my ovaries but I am unsure about having both removed I am 78
