It's the season of advent for the Playmobil people in our house...

... and so each day up until Christmas I will be bringing you a small scene from Playmoland. A kind of Playmobil advent calendar, with just a simple picture each day.

What's behind the door today?

@OdeToBarney I have done quite a few Playmobil threads over the years. I did a couple of more extensive advent calendars (with bigger scenes) in 2018 and 2019. Then none in 2020/2021 due to the pandemic (although I had quite a long running Playmo pandemic thread), then last year I did a small advent calendar, and am doing the same this year... Hope you enjoy it!

Oh, I remember the Pandemic thread.

Lump in my throat just thinking about the tables & chairs in the cafe being out of bounds, as we weren't allowed to gather indoors!

Placemarking, my DD 10 loves playmobil promised her I will box it all up when she grows out of it (no signs yet) and save it for grand kids.

My ds used his Playmobil right up until early teenage years! But now at the age of almost 23, he leaves it to me to play with it! Xmas Wink

Oh they're very atmospheric, @SoMuchToBits! Lovely imagery today. I am imagining the scents of advent and winter wafting toward me - cinnamon, orange zest, cloves and fir branches, I think.

(I reality I have the lurgy and can smell nothing.)

Ah @FuzzyPuffling I think Apollo nicked some sausages in last year's advent calendar, so I'm not sure he'll be doing the same this year! I've tried to vary the pictures a little bit... Xmas Grin
