I'm completely stuck on the three children reading locomotives in history. It's my final one! Clearly easy for most people given absence of comment on it - would anyone give me a clue?

@chocolatecheesecake it’s a 3 world title. Second word is the system trains run on and the last word is who is reading the books.
I’m struggling on the suit ghost one, which equally must be easy but evading me completely! Any tips?
