Ears pierced

We are just over 2 months on from getting my child's ears pierced.
Have just taken them out and put different ones in
One ear is not as good as the other ear. It's not really bad, just not perfect like the other ear.
So is she ok sleeping without earrings in now?
They won't close up?
When I've slept in my earrings before they've come out and I've lost them so don't want that to happen

Did you do much research before allowing the peircing? The twisting thing is a very old recommendation, when I had my second peircings done 15 years ago I was told not to touch them, "don't twist, don't touch, just keep clean" was the advice.

It's recommended that you wait AT LEAST 3 months before changing jewellery. It's really not necessary to mess about with them.

I was given Neilmed by the place that pierced my daughters ears (a reputable piercing studio, pierced with a needle) but replaced with prontolind when it ran out and it healed within a couple of days of using the prontolind so would recommend that. It’s even more important to leave the earring in if it looks sore, otherwise it can heal trapping infection inside.

Just read your message. Dd and Ds had ears pierced. No problems and love wearing earrings
