Breaking news! I just found the Edit Post option

I will edit this post now.

Go to the three little dots at the bottom and the last option is edit post.

Oh dear. It does edit quoted posts. Not great, really. I guess when you introduce such bleeding edge features that have never been available to the world before, there will be a few cuts ....
