How do you clean your (eye) glasses?

Mine have a bit of a hairspray film. I was about to use washing up liquid but I'm not sure if they might damage the blue light coating on them. What's the consensus? Thanks!

I have a very expensive prescription, £500. I washed them with washing up liquid and they were absolutely ruined.

The hem/edge of whatever I'm wearing 🤦‍♀️

I do it so often that my 3 year old granddaughter 'role plays' me doing it with her sunglasses 😳🤣

I am another one who just wipes them on the hem of whatever I'm wearing most days. Occasionally I'll run them under the tap and dry them off. I've been wearing glasses for almost 40 years since I was a child and no one has ever suggested special wipes or washing up liquid to me.
