Your absolute quickest, least faffy tea recipes

We have an extremely busy week coming up, unusual for us! We're both working 12 hour days and I'm just doing the Tesco order.

Any ideas for very quick, no faff, little prep dinners? Happy to buy prepared stuff. Already got a couple of oven pizzas on the order!

One of my go-to quick suppers is cook a clove of garlic in olive oil for a couple minutes, and a few crushed chillies and a couple of chopped anchovies, then stir through cooked linguine, Parmesan and parsley on top. Very quick and all store cupboard ingredients.

Omelette and beans on toast
