the argos doll, who does she look like

it's driving me mad. everytime i see her she reminds me of someone on the tv.
but i can't think who, her mannerisms are just like this person

It is the most bizarre advert- I just can't get my head around the ad agency pitching the idea to Argos and the Execs all sitting around the table nodding their heads saying yeah that'll work - people love a sneering smug female character and a stupid dinosaur.

Exactly! I can't see how it would appeal to kids. I saw another version of it quite late at night and Connie gets coffee? froth on her face. Also bizarre. As we speak those horrid dolls are being stamped out on a production line in China.

Omg, that doll is a clone of relatives stepdaughter, who shares the same name. We don't watch TV so never seen it before, the likeness is uncanny.

Kerry Katona was my first thought too - based on the website photos.

Dreadful advert but then it's got people talking about it so maybe there's a method in their madness!

I think she looks like an eerie caricature of every woman under 40 that I seen on TV or around the town I live in.
