the argos doll, who does she look like

it's driving me mad. everytime i see her she reminds me of someone on the tv.
but i can't think who, her mannerisms are just like this person
any idea?

Oh my goodness OP, I am exactly the same! How weird! None of the suggestions are working for me either. WHO IS IT??!! The closest I can get is Shakira, but it is still not there. It is maddening!! Please someone get it!
