The monarchy should have died with Queen Elizabeth

Just that really. She should have been the last monarch and we should be moving forward in a different way now.

How do you see that working then OP? Day after the funeral they were all kicked out of their homes? In Asda for their shopping? OK then...

When anyone else’s family die and they lived in a state funded home they also have to pack up, hand over the keys, get on with their lives and shop at Asda.. why shouldn’t the Royals do the same? The ‘homes’ (ahem palaces and mansions) should be handed over and the public can pay to view and that’s how they’re funded to be taken care of for historical purposes but not for this family to live in. It’s bizarre we still have them.
