Do you remember this 80’s biscuit ?

It was in a tin, the type you get at Xmas. It was a round shortbread type biscuit with a disc of pink icing in the middle ?
Does anyone remember what the brand was ?

I remember the icing as being all pink, and possibly sat down into the biscuit, but that’s close.

Yes! I remember them! I read your description and could almost taste them. They had a distinctive taste. Sadly, I can’t remember the name at all though, or even the brand.

I saw Cafe noir in a local garden centre last week, first time I've seen them in ages, they were vastly over priced though!
