why is ITVX so toally useless?

absolutely counter intuitive, cant find programmes you have started, cant continue programmes you starter earlier, no clarity, no summaries visible a lot of the time

It is totally rubbish, isnt it

Mine just randomly stops playing and you have to start what you are watching again.

Yep. Obsessed with you watching the last episode of something first. Never remembers where you were so you have to attempt to find your place first. And those fecking adverts.

It's awful. I also got upgraded to the newest virgin box which is so unuser friendly. To contend with that, then itvx makes me want to throw it out the window.

So as i suspected its no better than the shit ITV Hub which i tried It would play part one of a programme then adverts then play part one again. I left, waited seven years tried it again and it did exactly the same thing again. I sarkily told them "see you in another seven years" This is why i havent bothered with ITVX cos i knew it would be exactly the same.

It's crap with all the money they make from adverts they need to invest more in it.iPlayer is much better

I too have given up. The search function is useless and you try finding the beginning of a series - season 1 - episode 1 - nope. I don’t want season 7 - episode 3!

Yes, I never use it, I would rather just watch weekly on ITV

mine stops after each advert break and j have to forward in 30 second increments until I find where I was.

So I’ve stopped using it too.

do they think their programming is so good that people are willing to pay for the premium service without ads?

If you stop half way through an episode because you have to go out or something, it doesn't seem to remember where you got to

It's one of the least user friendly. Like a pp I have issues with it when trying to use a Roku (bit only on one of the two TV'S)

Sorry to disavow you, but, it’s worse. No, really. I suspect (I haven’t checked) there’s a paid for premium service that they want to push users towards by way of making the basic service shite

Wholeheartedly agree-ITV hub was bad enough but they seemed to have replaced it with something even worse!

Agree, it’s not intuitive at all. Clunky and bloody adverts that seem to have a weird flashing strobe light inbetween each one - has anyone else noticed this or is it just my telly?! It doesn’t have the aggressive strobe flash on any other channel!
