It looks like the offices of a really shit tech company. I’d keep my £32 million in my pocket.

stbrandonsboat · 25/04/2023 21:28

Looks like a conference centre for a cult.

Rayn22 · 25/04/2023 21:32

I can't make up my ming what I think! Looks big for six bedrooms. If I had 32 mill would not be my first choice! However, if they were giving it away ..... then it's not too shabby 😬

mnahmnah · 25/04/2023 21:33

Interestingly there’s no EPC on there!

Also that there are so few pictures for such an expensive house

Yup!

watchthebloodycat · 25/04/2023 21:39

I appreciate it's a bit dramatic but it puts me in mind of some sort of assisted suicide establishment.

Mehjustmeh · 25/04/2023 21:40

What is a fur room?? Very odd house

28 seats at the dining table but no elbow room... sorry what was the question?!

Perhaps the govt will purchase it and then turn it into a Soylent Green type off yourself centre 😂

CatOnTheChair · 25/04/2023 21:43

I've seen 3 kitchens on the floor plans?
It's an unusual floor plan!

CheerIeader · 25/04/2023 21:45

No idea, but I've had it saved in my Rightmove dream list since it came on. I love it.

Quveas · 25/04/2023 21:48

Well I was seriously consdiering it. Park on one side for the dog, if he got bored of the grounds. Karl Marx on the other side.

But hang on - where's the bloody garage??? Well, that's just not on if there's no garage....

Throwncrumbs · 25/04/2023 21:49

There’s separate staff quarters. Near Highgate cemetary and Hampstead Heath. The monthly repayments are roughly £170,000 a month if you pay a £3,000,000 deposit lol

Haha a fur room is a temperature controlled wardrobe as furs should be kept in cold storage!!!

And i only know that because my gran stored hers in the freezer 😅 and her sister paid a special laundrette to store hers in their fur room!

Roaminginthegloaming · 25/04/2023 21:54

@Mehjustmeh - I suspect that a fur room is a cold storage room to store fur coats (furs deteriorate- and probably attract moths - in very warm temperatures.

I imagine that the property being sold is owned by a Russian/Ukrainian/Kazakh oligarch, although probably in the name of an offshore trust company.

PuffinPuffinPenguin · 25/04/2023 21:55

I can't believe they're flogging a house like that with only 10 photos. FFS what a lazy estate agent. I'd fire them and find someone better.

EachandEveryone · 25/04/2023 21:55

Well with my 99 million Id pay for it straight. Its like that blooming place from that Nicole Kidman show Nine Perfect Strangers. I suppose you could air bnb it. How does one maintain a pool btw do you unplug it and clean it out?

Unless the other rooms were just too full of cultists to photograph... 🧐

Wazzawoowooz · 25/04/2023 21:56

How much did it cost before if its been reduced?!

I think you wipe it down with kitchen roll once a fortnight.

crazycatladyof6 · 25/04/2023 22:01

I’ve watched the video. I want to live there. Please can I? But I do t have 32 mil or even 1 mil if I’m honest

Notjustabrunette · 25/04/2023 22:08

Funnily enough I used to live in a flat not too far from there. I paid 250k for it, there are normal shops and a nice pub near by. I’ve always wonder how people can afford these houses, I thought it must partly come from family money.

MrsMoastyToasty · 25/04/2023 22:08

It reminds me of The Mall at Cribbs Causeway.

Someaddedsugar · 25/04/2023 22:12

Was this house on a C4 property programme? I'm sure I've seen it somewhere before! I think it was one of those 'most expensive houses' type things all about estate agents who sell to the very wealthy.

Persuaderama · 25/04/2023 22:14
