Anyone else just got coronation concert email but link doesn’t work

I’ve just opened the email and clicked the link and I’m confused. The email says first come first served but says I have until Thursday to claim the tickets after which they will be reallocated.
Just wondering if I’ve missed the boat or the website is overwhelmed.
Tried the ‘check other dates’ button for this artist and it doesn’t look as if KC is doing any stand up or other gigs for the foreseeable 😉

I've just seen several people on Instagram asking/complaining about similar but it seems they were successful in the ballot but that you then still have to enter the melee to buy the tickets.

I got an email saying congratulations and that I had until midday in the 27th to claim my tickets, but now it’s saying they’re all gone. ☹️

After reading the email again, it states it is a supplementary ballot. So I’m reckoning that the main ballot and tickets were allocated and then they had a second one for any tickets that weren’t claimed. And it was first come first serve as to who claimed those ones. Not a great system though and a bit unfair to congratulate you for winning but actually you haven’t 🤣 perhaps they should have just picked out actual winners and emailed those people, not the entire country.

Same here. Lots of comments on twitter about it, and Ticketmaster have confirmed there are no tickets left.
Diabolical. The email clearly states that we are winners of two tickets.

I had the same. I clicked on the link literally within one minute of getting the email and still didn't get any.

Same happened for the jubilee concert last year.

I suspect everyone 'wins' and then its luck of the gods.

Absolute shambles. Clearly wasn't a ballot at all. Completely contradicts what their t&c's stated too.

Yes, I have had the email, so excited booked a hotel, but now can't claim the tickets. I assumed that if I was successful in the ballot then I had tickets.

Absolutely GUTTED. How can this have been so misleading.

This can’t be right! Ts &Cs clearly state there is a ballot and if we’re successful we do get chance to claim them!

A total shambles. I got the email too. Once I checked the email wasn't spam, I clicked the link and they'd all gone. So frustrating 😤

Complete shambles. I never expected to get tickets but was over the moon when I got the email, then crashed down when I realised I couldn't actually get the tickets.
Twitter confirms all sold out over an hour ago despite the email saying you had until midday on 27th to claim them.
So badly handled. I am really upset and annoyed (and I'm not usually very emotional so this is very unusual for me).

Hi - exactly the same thing has happened to me. Sadly no way of contacting ticketmaster. They no longer have a telephone helpline!

And - the email was sent to my promotions on gmail and not my primary and that's why I missed out! This is a shambles!

What an utter balls up. Why put “Once again – many congratulations and we look forward to seeing you on Sunday 7 May” in the email.

I’m very upset but am in no doubt that no-one will be held accountable.

It’s very misleading, you win the opportunity to purchase tickets but it’s not a guarantee you will get any.

Yes they basically breached the Ts and Cs on their own website and the actual Royal Family site which seems bizarre. They're currently getting slated on Twitter for it. I was supposed to be taking my mum and she's devastated; really shit thing to do, sending congratulatory emails out!
