Anyone else just got coronation concert email but link doesn’t work

I’ve just opened the email and clicked the link and I’m confused. The email says first come first served but says I have until Thursday to claim the tickets after which they will be reallocated.
Just wondering if I’ve missed the boat or the website is overwhelmed.
Tried the ‘check other dates’ button for this artist and it doesn’t look as if KC is doing any stand up or other gigs for the foreseeable 😉

I've just had an update email to tell me all the tickets have now gone....so clearly a bit of a let down. They could have worded it better, I assumed I'd got the tickets, not that I was in a race for the last ones....

Hi, yep I got the email telling me I had 2 tickets but when I clicked the link it told me the tickets were all gone. Then I get an email telling me that I was not quick enough and my tickets are gone.

What a con.....another Ticketmaster fiasco........ I am guessing all the celebs and people with money or have the right contacts have all got their tickets............

So annoying. My mum got the email and was super excited so we booked hotels and flights. Been able to cancel hotel but got stung for 50quid cancellation charge on flights. Very misleading email. Bastards.

Glad I’m not the only one who’s fallen foul of this (well, I’m gutted for the rest of you who are gutted). I thought I had until Thursday to claim and then those that hadn’t been claimed would be reallocated. Didn’t realise that I wasn’t guaranteed tickets after receiving a “congratulations” email 😂

Very misleading but as PP have said, at least it’s only Katy Perry.

Yes, I got the email too. Clicked within minutes and all gone. A right royal shambles.

Same here! Got the "winning" email @12.02, went off to check hotels, came back at 12.08 and clicked link.......All tickets gone! WTH?

Same here, they must have sent the same email to thousands of people. I think unless you tried the minute you received the email you stood no chance. Partly relieved as they were standing tickets and don’t think my hip would have managed it for that length of time!

Bloody lazy organisation. They should have sent it out in tranches over several weeks with mini deadlines to give everyone a fair chance to claim

I received the email at 12:17, that was the time it landed in my inbox, not the time I saw it, by which time the tickets were all already gone.

I am absolutely furious. I was so excited when I saw the email. I’ve been having a shit time lately, so it was something to look forward to, but no, I never even had a chance.

The way they’ve handled this is absolutely appalling. At least if they’d said a number of tickets would be going online at x time on x date, those who wanted them could have made sure they were ready, but we didn’t know the email was coming, a lot of us didn’t get the emails until after the tickets were gone anyway, so most of us never had a chance. The whole thing leaves a very nasty taste indeed.

Absolutely. I can’t believe how mad this is making me! So much shit going on and this raised so many people’s hopes before completely dashing them. Useless.

Imagine paying a £100 million for a Coronation and all you got was a scam email.

Had the same “winning email “ , went to look at the car parking facilities which they haven’t made public yet but will need to be pre booked , then looked at the trains , but are none from where I live , just bus replacement services that day . Went back to claim the tickets and found there were none . Probably for the best , better view from the TV and miss out on a 5 hour minimum return bus journey , but a blinking shambles .

Literally the opposite of what was previously stated.

Ticketmaster sent out ballot email at 12pm. Saying log onto this link to try and get tickets. If you don’t have great wi fi maybe due to financial constraints or village location or whatever you might not have received your email until 12-25 like me. The tickets were immediately snapped up WELL BEFORE SOME OF US HAVE EVEN RECEIVED THE EMAIL and therefore people have gone to all of the national newspapers to say it was an UNFAIR BALLOT.

I didn't get my email in my inbox until 14:02, so I didn't have a hope.
