Putting off peeling carrots & spuds for tea. Can’t wait for bangers, double cream mash, carrots, petitpois & onion gravy with fried onions for me ( DH not keen). Had a mad shift at work today so glad to be chilling out with a glass of Reisling. I might do a bit of composing on the piano before we eat. DH cleaning his bike with the rabbits in attendance & DD14 in her room as per. I have been on Facebook Marketplace so a couple of parcels should be arriving in the next few days. A gorgeous pair of Fly sandals & some clothes ( Joe Brown dress, White Stuff dress & a hoody which I think is also Joe Brown). Not much planned for tonight. Working 5 hours tomorrow then DH cooking & we’ll watch BGT. Sunday I’m going to see a show with Giovanni from Strictly which was one of my birthday pressies from DH. I’m going on my own, having a nice lunch first & maybe a spot of shopping. Much needed “ me time”. Wishing you all a lovely weekend 🙂🙂☀️☀️

I am sat with a post-work glass of wine and some crisps. Just listened to Sultans of Swing on the radio. Pretty good Friday night so far!

Delightful. I’m eating a McFlurry and my son is watching YouTube. Will think about tomorrow tomorrow.

(Realise that might sound sarcastic - didn’t mean to be. Is just where I’m at right now!)

Yup glass of wine on the go. DH and DS2 at sports club, DS1 and girlfriend playing loudly on the playstation. Pizza for tea tonight. Not sure about tomorrow - maybe some sorting out of stuff and moving furniture around, Sunday more sports and to friends for a roast dinner!

Friday nights are my favourite nights, kids upstairs doing goodness knows what. I’m watching TV with my feet up and a nice cold glass of wine. Dinner in the ocean and I’ll have another glass of wine and a nice early night with no alarm set

Ds is at his dads. Dd19 is on her way to London. Dd13 is talking to her friends on speakerphone!! I’ve been on hold for over an hour and I’m losing patience.

I’m on the sofa with a beer and dd2 is making dinner 😂
ds is in his room but we’ve just played a couple of board games.
dh is away this weekend so it will be quiet but relaxing. I love him but my god it’s lovely and peaceful when he’s away and I don’t miss him at all 🙈
Tomorrow ds and I are going to go and get him the kit list for his residential trip and dd2 will be working. Sunday dd2 is working again, ds and I are going swimming and then I’m taking them out for dinner.

DP's on his game. Older DD is sitting with him and drawing. Younger is watching Sing. I'm taking a well earned break!

You sound busy OP! I have just got home from work, poured a large glass of wine and eating crisps. Having spag bol tonight ... sauce already made and out of the freezer so really easy. DH has been volunteering all afternoon and now watching some obscure Golf Comp on tv. Usual discussion after dinner about what to watch on tv ... so hard to find something we both like . Did pick up two book club books from the library earlier so maybe just start one of them later & have a bath. Back to work tomorrow - retail so my busiest day of the week.

Just ordered pizza and catching up on Masterchef!

Its been a tough week, so enjoying the calm.

DC at their dad's for the weekend. I'm ironing, been cleaning and washing all day during my breaks whilst WFH.

The weekend is completely free for me to do what I want.... so I have no idea what to do.
I was thinking of going for a drive to find a town/village to walk round on my own and have a coffee but it's supposed to rain tomorrow.

DDs been trying on her Prom dress that's just arrived. It's gorgeous so I'm relieved about that.
I'm off to make some vegetable soup.

Breastfeeding baby while 3yo falls asleep. Thinking about my spa weekend and can’t bloody wait 😁

I'm in the bath. Dd is in her room doing her important things, making loom bands and messing with putty and slime etc.
The dog is probably on my bed.

DS is playing computer games, I've just lit the fire, and I'm about to put some garlic bread in the oven. If I can find a bottle of red wine, I might open it. 🙂

Just had the M&S pizza dinner in meal for £12. Delicious. (One pizza popped in freezer as only me and DH eating). Hoping baby goes to sleep soon. BFing her to sleep now.

It's my birthday and I'm stuffed from lunch! Got a sore throat and cough so haven't accompanied dd to brownies tonight (I'm an owl). Chilling on sofa with cat and about to have a bath

One of my closest friends is getting married tomorrow and I just ripped the zipper on my dress so my peaceful evening is now ruined by a crazed hunt to find something else to wear.

I'm watching who wants to be a millionaire with ds next to me on his tablet eating one of his Easter eggs. Dh is down the snooker hall.

Dd is playing Roblox and ds is next to me watching people bake cakes on YouTube.

I'm laying in bed absolutely broken after a 6 hour full house clean today. I've done 5 to 6 hours of cleaning everyday this week (I'm a cleaner) and not sure how much longer I can keep up the pace. I'm 40 next month! In a while I'll get up and make us all some tea and cake. Then probably go back to bed.

Wish our dinner was in the ocean 😀

I have almost cleared the kitchen table after a week of "I'll just dump it here for a bit" in between home improvements.

But ground to a halt with a glass of white because it seems to be Friday evening for everyone else in the house/I know!
