Bizarre company names

Was sat having coffee and saw van for a company called ‘Ghost Maintenance’ providing maintenance services for landlords. Their logo was literally a clipart, cartoon ghost. No wordplay. Just ‘Ghost Maintenance’.

was it the guy’s surname?
did he just really like ghosts?
can they also maintain your ghosts?

I can’t find it online and I am gutted

Maybe it was performing maintenance of another realm and you weren't supposed to see it

Odd. There’s a company called Hairy Growler who sell handmade jewellery. Goodness knows why, the name puts me off buying.

There was a motorcycle repair place in Bristol called Piston Broke .

There’s a company near me called Beaver Maintenance- always makes me laugh when I see their van.

Not a business name but there is a business that after their name state London New York Paris (local grotty UK town) which I find amusing.

It's because it's memorable. And when you need to contract maintenance you'll think of them.

I know you didn’t want puns buuuut….there’s a furniture place near me called Sofa King and their tag line is Sofa King Good. Makes me smile everytime I see their vans.

There’s a local coach company that was used for school trips when my kids were younger.

It just never felt right, watching the little’uns climb aboard a bus emblazoned with the company’s name IMPACT. 😳

I saw an electrical truck with a stylized drawing of three crosses on a hill on the side. Yes, the guy used the crucifixion of Jesus as his company logo. I have no idea of the company name, but it was truly bizarre.

I've seen a van for BJ Champion Maintenance. Imagine answering the phone and saying "BJ Champion" - why did no one ever say no Bob, don't use your initials

Me have Moveasaurus with a dinosaur logo I mink it means movers are us like toys r us. Also 2 beardy blokes another removal company.

There was a bus company in Great Yarmouth called Flying Banana. Not sure if they still exist.

Many years ago the company I worked for did a trade show where they handed out cards for people to fill in if they wanted more information. It was my job to go through them and bin the ones that obviously weren’t genuine. Turns out that Wayne Kerr was an actual company name!

Indeed. It doesn’t make it gift-able for that reason and I’d hate someone to admire my jewellery and have to say where I bought it.
