How do you get dressed when it’s chilly?

I’m currently sitting in my big fluffy dressing gown, building myself up to getting dressed.

I’ll put my pants and trousers on under the gown, then sort of shrug it off my shoulders and drape it over my head so I can wriggle into bra and vest top while still blanketed. Finally, I’ll take a deep breath, fling dressing gown off and squeal like a piglet as I put sweater on as fast as humanly possible.

Not cold enough for heating but too chilly for getting dressed What do you do?

@Skyeheather It is not a crime but it does cost a fortune! I do not heat my place if I am going out because it does not retain the heat ( I feel I am heating the environment and not my flat, turn off the heating and in ten mins it is extremely cold)
I dress like OP , in small increments and the final shock
People have different heating and a different budget so please stop saying " just stick your heating on for an hour or so" Many people do and go into debt which cripples them
Many people do not as they can not afford it and do not want the debt, of those many die, and others are gifted life long conditions from mould and damp
Affording the standing charges these days before you even think about turning on the heating is probably what my bills were about 5 years ago
