Honestly Eco/Little Echo Shop - has anyone else had problems ordering from them?

I bought from them last year when they were called Little Echo Shop and the order took a while but did arrive eventually and the stuff was nice.

But I ordered in January (yes, January!) after they had rebranded as Honestly Eco and still nothing has arrived. They're now "closing down" again and selling everything off dirt cheap but I'm already getting FB ads for two companies that I strongly suspect are both them!! If it's not them then I'll eat my hat, the branding/products/websites/even down to the wording and use of emojis on the posts is basically identical.

Honestly Eco's FB ads keep getting lots of angry comments from people who haven't got what they ordered but then the comments are deleted. It's not a sum of money that's worth taking serious action over but it's still very annoying, it might only be £20 but it's my £20 and I don't know how they get away with ripping people off, "closing down" and then immediately reopening with the same products but a new name 🤬

Again, all of us were made redundant, companies house has filed closure. The unit we produced in is for sale...happy to provide evidence of redundancy but hey...very easy for people to make INCORRECT remarks online...remember Shopify have website templates that nearly ALL small businesses use for free.......

I’m sorry you lost your job. However, all my comments are 100% true. No one made anything up. Would you be happy paying for an order and receiving absolutely no communication for 4 weeks, then when I did contact the items were out of stock. There was no intention to ship my products and when I asked for a refund it never arrived. I had to get my credit card company involved. Only about 50% of the emails I sent were ever even responded too.

This wasn’t a one off issue either, I’d placed orders for over 12 months and had multiple issues but persevered as they were always resolved.

The bare minimum expected from any business is to provide the goods that are paid for.

Just to say I loved you guys and your products! I know there were so issues with delivery but your skincare is amazing and Im so sorry to see you go!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You've dealt with a lot of bad comments some justified but a lot very very unjustified so I commend you guys for sticking through it!!! We all need to support small businesses mentally also!!!!!!! I wish you all the best for any future endavours :)

My comments do not ring true to you or were directed at you..As previously said we understand there were issues and I'm happy yours were resolved even if it did take a little longer. Thank you for sticking with us despite this and for supporting us
