My daughter has a brilliant worker that we’ve just found out is pregnant and in her last trimester (recent sessions have been virtual so this wasn’t visible before) we would like to buy her something for her first baby that’s a little different but particularly something she might not know she needed/is helpful/unique /special, etc

Budget is about £50 -£60. Thanks in advance x

My two best ever gifts were from friends of my mum - one bought me the most amazingly indulgent shower gel 'for the days when you can get to the shower, so it feels like a treat' and the other one was actually a really cheap plastic weaning set. It might seem like such a cheap thing, but DS is now 18yo, and we still have the bowl! Whenever he's in a bad mood, I give him fruit in the bowl & he always grins when he sees i because he's had it his entire life.

Honestly, Amazon or Argos vouchers and then a token gift. You can get pretty much anything from Amazon and fast delivery. We got John Lewis ones, which are great, but didn't go that far in John Lewis

Freaky, just had a delivery from Jojo maman , some new born dresses, stunning and traditional.
They were all around 30 quid each, so a nice present for the summer and slightly luxurious.

Dresses for babies drove me mad! We were given loads for DD. Just seemed daft for me for any child to wear an impractical dress anyone before walking. All the ones we had were worn once for a photo for the sender then off to the charity shop.
