Quite excited to be making a Gordon Ramsey shepherds pie - the mash has butter, double cream, egg yolks & parmesan.

Chilli bean burritos with Bosh veg chilli. It's bloody lovely but ds17 will moan.

Went to pick some wild garlic in the afternoon so that mixed into mash and baked with veggie sausages and salad

We're roasting a chicken, doing Greek lemon and oregano potatoes, tiny diced Greek salad and halloumi. I can't wait!

That's one of my favourites! A bit jealous!

@APurpleSquirrel I've never heard of shakshuka but it sounds tasty! I've made a note for when I feel better.

We had butterflied, grilled chicken breasts that had been marinated in harissa with herby, pomegranate cous cous, with roasted cauliflower and red peppers.

@SunshineLollipopsAndRainbows all of them! She has monkey nuts, hazelnuts, pecans, Brazil nuts, peanuts, cashews and almonds 😄 one of the only high protein/calorie things she’ll eat, so she has them with most things, in place of where normal kids would eat burger or chicken or sausage etc
