Quite excited to be making a Gordon Ramsey shepherds pie - the mash has butter, double cream, egg yolks & parmesan.

Thursday nights are our new food nights so DD has asked for shakshuka, so we're doing that plus meze type foods - flat breads, hummus, tabbouleh, couscous, crudités, cooked meats etc. I doubt either child will actually like the shakshuka but it's good she wants to try it.

Baked scotch eggs with parmentier potatoes and salad. DH cooking today!

We're roasting a chicken, doing Greek lemon and oregano potatoes, tiny diced Greek salad and halloumi. I can't wait!

Takeaway! DH is away and I'm off to a friends for dinner - very excited!

Chicken shish for the meat eaters and vivera shawarma for the veggies with flatbreads, a feta and dill dip, salad and some homemade chips.

Love getting ideas from other people's plans! DH is cooking himself kedgeree ... I had a lovely large Italian lunch out with a friend so will just have some homemade soup .. sweet potato and red pepper that I made yesterday.

M&S low fat salmon, broccoli and potatoes for 1. DD is at a sleepover and DH is in hospital and I couldn't be arsed to cook just for me.

Just finished work for the long weekend, DH out for the evening and I have ordered McDonalds. Having a glass of wine while I wait 🙂

Pizza and salad for us. The kids have tea at nursery so like something small when they get home and I went to aldi for the first time in ages and got a pizza for £1.25!!!

Tonight homemade beef koftas and homemade flat breads with salad . Tomorrow is a tuna pasta bake with whatever frozen veg is in the freezer. Saturday is butter chicken curry with rice (if I go to the shops I might grab some onion bhajis) Easter Sunday will be a roast.
Don't know about Monday as not thought that far ahead yet!

Grill up. Sausage, bacon, toast, eggs, mushrooms. I like a raw tomato and sauerkraut with mine. DH has black pudding, DD & DH both have beans too.

Pork chilli with black beans, rice, avocado, grated cheese and a dollop of sour cream.

Sausage sandwiches with cheesy potato rosties inside. Had a busy day and lots of jobs to do here so can't be arsed with a big affair

DD has offered to make dinner so it will be chicken and peppers in a honey/soy/garlic sauce with rice. It's a new recipe so hoping it turns out ok.
