She blinks a lot when she’s testifying- distractingly so. I know that’s a commonly held belief of someone lying and I would have thought she does too so I am surprised she does it. Maybe dry eyes due to contacts?

Maybe it is the rectal ozone therapy she recently said she has been doing. I would imagine shooting ozone gas up your ass might make one blink!

he def seems like a chancer to me. why is he suing for such a relatively low amount if it affected him so much? also why wait three years to sue?

She is not relating him running into her as a sexual assault,she said it was a fleeting thought that went through her head in the moment it happened amongst other things which honestly is fair enough,if a man crashed into you in this situation out of the blue wouldn't you go through every possibility of oh my god what's happening am I being attacked? What just happened? Why? & Tbf she did clarify that once she had processed what was happening that it was in no way sexual

No, I don't think it would cross my mind that it was anything other than someone lost control of their skis

I think it's feasible that it might run through her mind it could be sexual. As a celebrity she's probably targeted by all sorts of creeps and weirdos all the time. I can imagine that being a more default way to think about these things if you're constantly harassed by strangers.
