Mine was a posh sticky toffee pudding from Ocado £5.
Don't remember putting in on my order but oh my god it was the best dessert I've ever had and I reluctantly shared it with ds and dh.

Yours?

I bought an €800 Max Mara coat after a very liquid lunch.
When I sobered up, I realised the sleeves were a bit short so I had them let down by a tailor.
Don't drink and shop.

Spiky mat to lay on - I think it's awful - husband bloody loves it!

Frozendaquiri · 09/03/2023 20:52

A holiday

PrincessHoneysuckle · 09/03/2023 20:55

I didn’t actually buy ,but after a few wines I made an arrangement to go and look at a JRT litter the next day ….she was the best decision after a couple of drinks I have ever made . My true partner in crime 🥰Absolutely adored her .

An inflatable kayak

murasaki · 09/03/2023 21:35

Full size electronic piano with weighted keys. Well done drunk me!

XenoBitch · 09/03/2023 21:37

I reserved my first magic bag from Too Good to Go. Ended up being 5 paninis, 2 wraps and 2 baps for £3. Total carb fest.

AffIt · 09/03/2023 21:37

Best - an amazing wee rechargeable gadget that debobbles your clothes. Amazing thing, especially on wool or cashmere, makes them look like new.

Worst - a potato ricer. It's the fucking bane of my life, yet I'm too parsimonious to get rid of it.

CrotchetyCrocheting · 09/03/2023 21:38

I once bought socks for my bald cat when I was drunk. It wasn't very rewarding though, the cat was very ungrateful of my kind offering to keep his feet warm.

newfence · 09/03/2023 21:41

I've ended up with two of things - bought it once when drunk and forgot and then ordered again the next day whilst sober - the duplicates have made good presents for people!

Judystilldreamsofhorses · 09/03/2023 21:59

Not bought, but our cat. We’d been trying to adopt from a rescue for ages but were always too late and missed out. One Saturday night I randomly looked on Gumtree and said to DP, there she is. The family were rehoming her because she was being terrorised by their toddler and very stressed. We went to meet her a few days later, and six years on she is my best wee chum.

I bought the toddler Disney Store vouchers, and it was an excellent exchange. I still keep in touch with her former “mum” who is thrilled that she has a lovely big garden to play in, and is a spoilt little madam.

A pretty expensive crepe pan. I love it.

Though I did once buy a £300 handbag online drunk but returned it as soon as it was delivered

TheOpenRoad · 09/03/2023 22:08

A trip to Peru. And an expensive sleeping bag.

Bruce Springsteen tickets

earsup · 09/03/2023 22:18

About 7 years ago...Easyjet tickets to ?Amsterdam, super cheap, forgot all about them for a few days and then realised I was going the next day...panic...pack and enjoyed it!...I also used to book those 1p Ryanair flights to unknown places, sometimes went, sometimes didn't....dont drink anymore now .

Coffeellama · 09/03/2023 22:19

A duck shape snowball maker, makes cute snowballs! Also makes cute mashed potato but it’s way too much effort really.

GyozaGuiting · 09/03/2023 22:22

Glad I’m not the only one books flights when drunk! I booked a tour through Egypt, it was just before the Arab spring and so many of the places we went are no-go’s now. So glad we went!

FunnysInLaJardin · 09/03/2023 22:25

I nearly bought a rabbit and a princess cushion for my cats basket.

I did buy a mini Karken bag which is teeny tiny and was £75🙄

ODFOx · 09/03/2023 22:34

After a glass or two of wine I contacted a musician we'd seen and loved at a festival and asked him to play at our wedding. He said yes. It was awesome.

IncyWincyGrownUp · 09/03/2023 23:40

Not drunk, but in the throes of insomnia (the sort where you’re so tired you’re hearing colours and seeing smells) I ordered £100+ of wool from the US, it’s making me grin as I’m knitting my way through it.

isitanywondernow · 10/03/2023 13:01

Friend bid on (and won) a signed photo of Lovejoy when pissed at a charity auction once.

MrsDanversGlidesAgain · 10/03/2023 13:08

Not online (was decades ago) but after the staff Christmas lunch went shopping for DM's pressie and ended up buying her a a grandfather clock (in my defence, she had always wanted one and we had the room).
