Mine was a posh sticky toffee pudding from Ocado £5.
Don't remember putting in on my order but oh my god it was the best dessert I've ever had and I reluctantly shared it with ds and dh.

Am gutted - I read with increasing excitement as a 40% flash sale was tempting me into purchasing, and they are sold out. Harrumph. I have many clothes that I have just decided are in desperate need of this gadget. Desperate I tell you!!

Alcohol gave me the kick to book the Orient Express as a birthday surprise for my dad's 60th birthday (I was worried about spending so much money as I was a student).

When my dad opened it and read what his present was, he genuinely cried. I've never seen him that emotional before and it is such a treasured memory to know I could give him something he has always dreamed about doing.

It's my mums 60th in a couple of years and I already know what her present will be (tasting menu at The Fat Duck) and I'm looking forward to see her reaction!

A car 😳To be fair, it was lockdown, we were bored, and we’d been talking about it for a long time. (Soft top - not new)
The car dealer drove it 150 miles and allowed us to test drive it before we finalised it. Still got it. Love it,

I needed a new work/laptop bag. Been researching and comparing for days (yeah I know that's sad) but couldn't decide which one to buy.

Got drunk, and ordered one I'd not even considered before on a whim. An expensive bag.

But dead chuffed with it and saved time without more dilly-dallying. Perhaps I need to make all my decisions in life while drunk.

I bought a sex toy, it was £70ish and actually pleasantly surprised me (sounds gross but it has suction, can't remember name of it).

My unrewarding purchases far outweigh the rewarding. I once ordered £80 of Claire's jewellery (seemed a very good idea after prosecco glasses x4). I also purchased an underwhelming holiday to a caravan park (early spring no I don't know why either not summer).

A handmade tail suit from eBay. It had been made by a Greek tailor for himself and I (apparently) bought it from a lady who had worn it to a wedding.

I was mystified when the invoice turned up and was too embarrassed to cancel the purchase so resolved to shove it in the charity shop as soon as it arrived (I think it was £9!) When I got it, it was a perfect fit and I needed up wearing it when DM got remarried. It actually cost more to have it dry cleaned than it did to buy it 😆
