Hes been arrested

I have been posting quite a bit about this but have name changed alot.

Anyway DD ex went to prison due to DV he done 2 years . Within 24hrs on getting out he broke the restraining order 200+ times

Today he got arrested 🥳 so happy just praying he's kept on remand

200+ times. Is he stalking her. He sounds horribly dangerous. I hope she is kept safe and he is kept off the streets.

Us he on licence? Can they recall him back to prison?
Does he know DDs whereabouts?
Hope the keep the scrote in custody x

Hes not on licence as he basically dome full sentence.

As far as we know he does not know her address but knows the borough. But as preca and the threats he's made she was nit allowed home. We should find it within 24hrs if he's being held on remand

They do what to out a stalking charge in him I don't know what will become of that.

I really hope so. I don't know how seriously court will take it . Might just get a fine for all we know. Hopefully dd cam go home very soon.

If it isn’t taken seriously and he’s back out then I would encourage her to come off SM for a while.
All of her friends and family will have her number and it’s a good MH break anyway.

My friends DD has just got back with her ex after he came out of prison (for assaulting her for the 3rd time when she ended up in hospital) as he found her on SM and somehow wormed his way back in.

Dd was advice not to do that as he would find other ways that could put her in danger. Plus she has a right to live her life. Although she does have to be careful with location ect . There's zero chance of him worming his way back in. Really hope they do take is seriously.

Phew! That’s something -l saw your other thread. I hope the courts deal with him properly. He clearly can’t be trusted after breaking the order so many times and so quickly

Yes hopefully. Just hoping he's held in remand so dd can go home . She wants to be at home as well. And My 2 younger ones need a break from their nephew.
