Hes been arrested

I have been posting quite a bit about this but have name changed alot.

Anyway DD ex went to prison due to DV he done 2 years . Within 24hrs on getting out he broke the restraining order 200+ times

Today he got arrested 🥳 so happy just praying he's kept on remand

200 times? There is no court in the land that won’t send him back to prison op. Are CPS pushing for that? What an idiot, how on earth did he expect to get away with that? They may well bring another charge.

Sorry the comment about 7 years will mean something to someone. I can't say anymore so just ignore. but not aimed at people who have been kind and supportive. You have all bee fantastic over the weeks

I know they want to bring a stalking charge. I don't know how that works though.

Well they have an excellent case for stalking aggravated by the less than 24 hours from release. I wouldn’t fancy his chances.

Can DD change her lifestyle for a bit, make sure she isn’t going to the same place or taking the same walking route - just to be extra safe and never being on her own for a while? Just until it gets sorted.

He does not know her number.

She was tiling lots of precautions already. He's been arrested now . We find out tomorrow if he's being held in remand. Once we know that she can relax a bit .

I read one of your threads where you were worried about him being released.

hiw the actual hell did he manage 200 separate incidents in 24 hours?!?!

I hope they keep him in for at least the balance of his sentence (another 2 years I assume) but I think there needs to be a separate change for the harassment.

How is DD now??

Sorry I worded it badly. I meant he started breaking the restraining order within 24hrs of being let out Its been 200+ breaches between then and today.

I don't know how long he will get. Don't know how it works hope its long though. Doubt it will be though

If they don't charge him then my suggestion would be for her to set up secondary sm accounts with a different name that she uses day to day and keep the old ones that she can check every so often on a different device. Just so she's not having to read the constant messages. Maybe even have someone else in charge of the original accounts.
