She reminds me of Letitia Dean, though LD knows her limitations and though she’s good at what she does, nobody suggests she’s especially talented.

I had completely forgotten that series! I watched both of these series from beginning to end. Thought that they were both awful, but couldn't stop watching 😂

I also really liked it. Watched it a few months ago. I do like her in most things she does. I think she's a good actor.

I don't ever watch any 'drama' about teachers or schools.

They are all such utter, ridiculous shit - written by someone that hasn't been in a school since they left as a teenager and who knows fuck all about what really goes on.

Having just googled the plot of this one, it sounds like it was written by a Y11 boy who likes to imagine a teacher might secretly fancy him.

And tried to pass it off as Bradford! The ending was just terrible 🤦🏻‍♀️

I think SS has suffered with low self esteem and MH issues due to social media comments about her....could never understand why, but after reading this, l get it.
People can be so nasty.
I saw her perform in the West end and she was fabulous.
