Who's seen the news and insta page of a polish girl claiming she COULD BE Madeleine McCann??

I personally don't think she is Maddie and I unfortunately think Maddie isn't alive anymore although I really want to believe she is. I do think this girl needs help though.

She isn't the first girl claiming to be Madeleine though either. I'm just sitting back and watching the story unfold.

Everyone is giving mixed opinions so what do YOU think?

It is weird isn’t it!

I have just been reading about the eye issue, and apparently there is no surgery to correct it and you can’t grow out of it. So it’s making me think it sadly isn’t her as hers is much less pronounced.

I don't see why it is strange. We use a shortening of my DDs name in the family, it is never used outside the family and if we are with other people I use her full name, we never discussed it, it wasn't a plan but it just seemed appropriate. I would find it odd if people outside the family used "our" name for her.

I’m not sure. I have Polish parents and to me that girl ‘looks’ Polish (hard to explain but I always tell when I see someone, we have a ‘look’ to us!) and I can’t see much resemblance with Kate and Gerry really.

Would be amazing if it’s her but I don’t think it is. Saying that though there’s a photo of her that she resembles Gerry in. I’m not 100% sure and will be following it to see what happens.

Apparently she’s been refusing donations, so not sure if she’s trying to pull a scam. Her Instagram name is her basically claiming to be Madeline, which I think is a bit insensitive..let’s see what the dna confirms.

I don't really understand the point of a story. It's a cry for help from a very distressed young woman.

Wouldn't she contact the police or McCanns directly?

It's very easy to prove or disprove and the dna test would have been done before any press story had this been genuine

Apparently the McCann's have agreed to a DNA test.

She is clearly a troubled young lady who needs help and support but sadly this is the sort of shit that TikTok loves. And now their Nicola Bulley "storyline" has ended, they need a new one....

Makes sense, wouldn’t be the first time someone with mh difficulties not taken seriously.

Everyone knows this is bollocks, but the press go with it because MM is clickbait fodder like Diana and Meghan Markle.

Instead of going to the authorities, why doesn't she just rock up back home? Can't be too hard to find out where they live.
