Mince beef recipe ideas that aren't shepherds pie or bolognese

Just as the title states really.
I always batch cook with mince but I'm running out of new ideas.
I usually make shepherds pie, bolognese, chilli con carne, but we are all getting sick of the same thing so I'm looking for ideas please, preferably meals I can freeze too! Not asking for much am I?!

Made this Turkish dish last night. You can make it with either beef or lamb.

Bibimbap mince is lovely then the other bits are basically about harvesting what's left in your fridge then whacking a fried egg on top.
